VIBRANT FLOW

An intermediate yoga practice with Kelcey Waldron

A Vinyasa flow is an exploration of fluid movement synchronized with breath. Imagine yourself as a pendulum- there’s always a starting point of inert stillness, but after a little nudge & a willingness to move, it becomes an experience of momentum that is purely revitalizing. Vibrant Flow is an active practice that warms the body and offers creative sequences that are fun, playful & layered with options so that you get to decide how your practice unfolds. 

 

Recommended for those who have taken yoga before. A perfect practice for those feeling stuck, stagnant, or have a lot of energy to move. It is so good to shake off your day… Vibrant Flow will leave you beaming with radiance. 

SOMATIC YOGA

“Somatic” is a trending word that has been popping up recently in the world of wellness, and we’re here to break it down for you. Soma simply means “body,” and in relation to yoga, it’s a body-felt practice - an exploration of Self through the 4-bodies (physical, mental, emotional & energetic). This practice offers a container for you to experience a sigh of relief through the use of your body’s movement, breath and unique expression. You’ll be guided & held as you journey home to your your heart. Start your day feeling refreshed, recharged & embodied in your whole Self.

YANG TO YIN

An all-level practice with Shauna Gullbrand

 

The ultimate experience of DOING VS. BEING

 

An exploration of flowing movement into still asana, offering a harmonious experience that will help you shift from noise to silence, stress to calm, and from complexity to simplicity. Starting off with YANG (more movement that is active, radiant, expansive & outward) with an intention of clearing your energy & creating space within, before settling into YIN for the second half of the practice (minimal movement, more stillness, a pause that is introspective, soft, passive & inward). Yin is designed to work deeply into the connective tissues, nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia of the shoulders, hips, pelvis, and lower spine.  

 

Beyond the physical, it's a practice of self-awareness as you meet yourself where you are. A practice of self-empowerment as you tune-in and acknowledge your capacity to transform how you feel. It's a practice that offers you the time & space to digest,  breathe & BE - accepting of yourself and all that you are.

EVENING UNWIND
